Check in is on Thursday 6th November and Departure from MVT is on the Sunday 16th November – accommodation outside of this time is to be organised by participants attending.
A £200 non refundable deposit will secure your spot. Balance must be paid in full 3 months before the retreat (6th August). Payment plans are available.

Yes! We want to make this retreat accessible, so we offer a flexible payment plan. A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your place, and the remaining balance can be paid after in manageable installments. Yes! While we have a thoughtfully curated schedule, we’ve also left space for you to simply be.
There will be moments to soak in the spiritual atmosphere of Vrindavan, visit temples, or enjoy personal reflection. However, as a sacred pilgrimage retreat, most of the schedule is dedicated to group activities and spiritual experiences.
Most travelers will need a tourist visa for India. We recommend checking this, and applying in advance. Once you’re confirmed for the retreat, we will provide guidance and reminders, but it is your responsibility to secure the necessary travel documents before departure.
Absolutely! The retreat includes nourishing vegetarian meals, with vegan and gluten-free options available. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure your dietary needs are taken care of.
As spaces are limited and bookings are made in advance, we require a £200 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Our Retreat Terms & Conditions outline the full details, which we strongly recommend you read before booking:
– Cancellations made three months or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full
refund.
– Cancellations made within three months of the retreat start date may not be eligible for a
refund, or a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of the Retreat Organiser.
In the event that we need to cancel the retreat, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.
Accommodation outside of these dates must be arranged separately by participants.
