Radhika Das | Mantra Meditation | London

Upstate New York

Join Radhika Das and friends in the serene natural surroundings of Upstate New York for a retreat dedicated to slowing down, softening the heart, and reconnecting with what truly matters. Rooted in the ancient path of Bhakti, this retreat offers a gentle yet profound immersion into devotional practices that cultivate compassion, joy, and a living relationship with the Divine.

Held at The Thyme, a peaceful retreat space surrounded by forests, open skies, and quiet beauty, this gathering creates the conditions for clarity, heartfelt connection, and inner renewal. Whether you are new to Bhakti, returning to devotional practice, or deepening an existing path, this retreat is designed to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.

Over the course of our time together, we will explore timeless teachings from the Bhagavad Gita and other Bhakti texts, share soulful kirtan with Radhika Das and friends, practise grounding yoga asana, and enter into periods of reflection, prayer, and silence. There will also be space to rest, walk in nature, and simply be; allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open.

This retreat is not about escaping life, but about remembering how to live it with devotion, presence, and purpose; held within a loving spiritual community that grows, serves, and supports one another.

You can expect:
  • Daily kirtan and devotional chanting

  • Teachings from Bhakti texts (Bhagavad Gita & others)
  • Guided meditation and prayer
  • Gentle yoga asana

  • Time in nature and for rest
  • Shared meals and community living
  • Supportive, intimate retreat environment

  • Time to reflect while immersed in the beautiful nature surroundings
