Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the 200 Hour Kirtan Training Course. By registering and participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.⁠ ⁠Training Information:

The 200 Hour Kirtan Training Course is organised to teach the devotional music through mantra. It will entail learning instruments, mantras, vocal training, history of kirtan and more.

2.⁠ ⁠Registration:

All participants must register and obtain a valid paid ticket or payment plan policy.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Ticket prices, availability, and discounts, if any, are subject to change without notice.

3.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct:

All attendees must maintain a respectful and peaceful environment during the event.
By registering you agree to not:
•⁠ ⁠Smoke on site
•⁠ ⁠⁠Bring any food containing meat, fish, eggs or gelatin
•⁠ ⁠⁠Bring any or be under the insfluence of any intoxicants such as drugs or alcohol

Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Photography and recording may be allowed with prior consent from event organisers. Please respect the privacy of others.

4.⁠ ⁠Liability:

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
Event organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, or personal injuries.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

5.⁠ ⁠Health and Well-being:

Attendees are encouraged to take care of their physical and mental well-being during the event.
If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

6.⁠ ⁠Event Modifications:

Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund, subject to event organizer discretion.

7.⁠ ⁠Release of Rights & Rights to Content:

By registering for the 200 Hour Kirtan Training Course, attendees consent to the use of their image and likeness for promotional and documentation purposes without compensation.
Participants agree to not share, distribute or sell any learning material whether physical or digital. All material spoken or written is owned completely by the organisers.

8. Refund and Payment Policy:

By enrolling in the 200 Hour Kirtan Training Course, participants agree to the following payment and refund terms:

A.⁠ ⁠Cancellations Made More Than 1 Month Before the Course Start Date:

• If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, a full refund of any paid course fees will be issued, provided that the cancellation request is received more than 1 month prior to the course start date.

B.⁠ ⁠Cancellations Made Within 1 Month of the Course Start Date:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 month of the course start date, including during the course itself. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all participants, regardless of circumstances.

C.⁠ ⁠Course Withdrawal:

• If a participant chooses to withdraw from the course after it has commenced, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the course.

D.⁠ ⁠Instalment Payments:

• Participants who choose to pay by instalments are required to complete the full instalment plan. Failure to complete payments will result in the participant being liable for the full course fee. The same refund policy applies to instalment payments, meaning no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 month of the course start date or after the course has commenced.

E.⁠ ⁠Missed or Late Payments:

• Participants on an instalment plan are required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Missed or late payments may result in the participant being withdrawn from the course, without a refund, until payments are up to date.

By signing up for the course, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund and payment policy in full.
