Daily Schedule

Begin the day in stillness with Japa, a quiet and meditative practice of chanting sacred mantras - the divine names of the Supreme. As each mantra is chanted, the mind softens, the spiritual awareness awakens, and inner peace naturally unfolds. This session is guided, making it a beautiful and accessible practice for both newcomers and experienced chanters.

Savour a wholesome, vegetarian or plant-based breakfast prepared with love and sattvic ingredients in GEV’s serene open-air dining area.
All meals are freshly cooked on-site, and can be catered to vegan and gluten-free guests. Once you sign up, you’ll be able to share your dietary preferences so every meal can be tailored to your needs.

Breakfast Sample Menu:

  • Granola bowl topped with fresh tropical fruit
  • Porridge with a variety of toppings
  • Herbal or ginger lemon tea
  • Warm traditional dish on rotation - such as puri sabji, kitchari, or scrambled tofu, gently spiced and freshly prepared

Please note: These are just a few examples - the menu features many more nourishing, flavourful meals throughout the retreat, thoughtfully adapted to seasonal produce, retreat location, and guest dietary preferences.

Immerse yourself in the timeless teachings of Bhakti Wisdom, drawn from sacred texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, and other Bhakti scriptures.
These sessions open a window into the heart of Bhakti philosophy - offering insights on love, devotion, and how to live a spiritually fulfilling life in today’s world. Expect uplifting discussions and reflections that make ancient wisdom beautifully relevant to the modern soul.

Flow through a rejuvenating Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired yoga session that harmonises body, breath, and spirit.
Led by Ozzie, our qualified teacher, each class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, strength, and grace - suitable for all levels of experience.

Enjoy a delicious sattvic lunch made with nourishing, seasonal ingredients. Afterwards, take time to rest, explore, or reconnect in your own way.
You may choose to:

  • 🌿 Rejuvenate with a holistic treatment at the Ayurvedic spa
  • 🐄 Spend peaceful moments with the cows at the Goshala
  • 💧 Refresh yourself with a dip in the outdoor pool
